Participants will uncover their Emotional Intelligence literacy in this programme, followed by a 6-month action plan with strategies provided for self-directed learning (SDL) through e-learning.

Sim Sen is a master trainer and ICF coach for TalentSmart Inc., a company based in San Diego, California, USA.  He has coached and trained hundreds of leaders and managers from different countries and nationalities. His clients include leaders, managers and flight crews spanning across industries from airlines to telecommunications in government,SMEs and Fortune 500 companies. Mr Sim has acquired over a dozen of professional coaching, Emotional Intelligence and leadership certifications from around the world. Sim has acquired his degree in aviation training technology and psychology from Texas State, master in human resources, and master in communication from Central Queensland.
