Leonard Tay has been active professionally for the past 27 years withexperience in the areas of Information Technology, Customer Service, BusinessDevelopment including Training Delivery and Consultancy. Organisations hepreviously served in included Brelsoft Technology, 3M Singapore and NCS. At 3Mhe was recognised as Outstanding Sales Performer for three Quarters. He alsospecialises in working with organisations to provide instructional design,software applications for teaching and learning as well as training solutionsfor workforce development and re-profiling.
Due to his business development and technical work experience, Leonard is aversatile trainer able to effectively deliver soft skills as well as technicalsubject content. Besides technology related training, he has facilitatedtraining for customer service, soft skills and leadership programmes such as DesignThinking, Managing Change, Implementing Continuous Improvement in ServiceDelivery, Delivering Impactful Presentations, Leading Workplace Communicationand Engagement, Managing Service Innovation, Problem Solving and Decision Making usingSystems Thinking.
As he specialises in training and instructional design, he also train’sand assess other trainers for the Advanced Cert in Learning and Performance(ACLP) which is a nationally recognised programme for certifying trainers. As atrained instructional designer, Leonard has also developed curriculum andmanaged training projects for diverse sectors ranging from the Leadership andPeople Management, Security, Training, Business Management as well as ITSystems in Healthcare and the Civil Service. Being a recognised Skills FutureMentor by Enterprise Singapore, Leonard is also able to work with organisationsto perform training needs analysis to close competency gaps and guide in-housesupervisors to develop mentorship skills and write OJT blueprints.
NG Tiong Gee Currently the chairman on both Yellow Pages Pte Ltd and Yellow Pages Singularity Pte Ltd, Tiong Gee's wealth of experience in the infocomm technology sector has brought new light and direction for the Yellow Pages brand in Singapore. He has held senior positions in both IT and human resources in Resorts World Sentosa, United Test and Assembly Center Ltd, and STATS Chip PAC, with over 30 years of experience in these fields.
TAN Hong Wee, who has had 26 years’ experience as a leader in the Singapore Armed Forces. Leveraging on his vast experience as an operational leader, he was subsequently appointed to the SAF Centre for Leadership Development, where he was the administrator of the keystone Leadership and Organisational Programme – in that sense, Hong Wee combines real ground experience with the ability to teach and inspire.
Since leaving civil service in 2013, Hong Wee has been actively engaged in Leadership Development and Consultancy for a wide spectrum of organisations in both public and private sectors. Through his consultancy, Hong Wee has amassed real-life applications and examples of leadership in context. These come to life in both his programmes as well as his two books: ‘Leader As Coach, Leader As Facilitator’and ‘Be Smarter Than Your Problem – The Art of Systems Thinking’. Hong Wee holds 2 Master’s Degree: University of Cambridge (Mathematics) and Naval Postgraduate School (Systems Engineering).
